He uses XV as his name, resembling his age in roman numerals when he started making music. He hails from Witchta, KS, the same place as Seven from Tech N9ne. He has a pretty nice flow with some pretty dope rhymes, he kind of reminds me of some Chi-Town artists. please give him a listen.
